Your on-line credit card transactions are completely secure on ITDirect2U. We use SagePay as our Payment Provider and this ensures safe transmission of your personal information using 256 bit full encryption over SSL.

All data transmissions are also verified by Thawte. Note that we don't keep any record of your credit card details.

When shopping on ITDirect2U - all information is collected at the SagePay website, and they tell us only the information we need to process and complete your order. This includes: your name, your email address, your address, and you can choose to let us know your email address.

We do not have any access to the credit card details that you enter at our website. We do not pass any information about you to any other company. Please view our privacy policy for more information.

All promotional codes must be entered at the time of order placement and unfortunately cannot be applied after the order has been received by us.

Please note you must click 'apply' after you have entered your promotional code in order to obtain your discount.

All orders received and cleared before 16:00 GMT Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be guaranteed next day working delivery between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00.

Any orders received after this time will be processed the following working day.

We ask that you please also make reasonable allowance for orders placed over weekends and during public holidays.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, we recommend that you check with your local Royal Mail sorting office before contacting customer service, as unfortunately calling cards are not always left.

If you have received an incorrect item then please return it to us and we will send out the correct item out immediately.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the delivery date, if it is new, unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. You should return products with a cover note which includes your full name, e-mail address, and an order reference number (without this we will not be able to process the refund) to:
