Delivery
Delivery Times
All orders received and cleared before 16:00 GMT Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be guaranteed next day working delivery between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00.
Any orders received after this time will be processed the following working day.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated on an order by order basis from the weight of the total goods. This will be clearly stated within your shopping basket when you confirm your order details.

Our Courier
The courier we use to deliver your items is a trusted, national courier service. A signature is required upon delivery. ITDirect2U only deliver to locations throughout Mainland UK.
Undeliverable Items
In the event of the courier being unable to deliver your items (and obtaining a signature), ITDirect2U Customer Services will be notified who will then contact you to advise of the next delivery date. A maximum of two deliveries will be made after which the goods will be returned back to ITDirert2U and the order value will be credited back to you minus any delivery charges incurred.
Delivery Address
For security purposes, we ask that your orders are delivered to the registered credit/debit card address.
